SAVEMONEY’S Buzzing Artist Brill Drops His Highly Anticipated Debut ‘Timing Is Everything’
After releasing an impressive visual and single, (with Caleb James) SAVEMONEY’s newest star Brill has released his debut album Timing is Everything. Some have him pegged as an “r&b artist,” but he’s so much more. Throughout TIE, Brill uses his one of a kind vocals to either croon or echo over EDM beats. He grabs his SAVEMONEY…

Austin Fair Drops The Project Of My Dreams In Debut LP ‘Everlasting’
My connection to Austin Fair’s music is DEEP. Let me explain. Our very first premiere AND interview came in one neat package thanks to TTrouble In Paradise. He rocked with us from the beginning, and saw the site’s potential. There’s a reason we’ve been showing love back. One, I despised that he didn’t have a large…

Chicago Hip Hop History Lesson In 25 Songs (Compilation Tape)
Chicago. My city, my inspiration, the place I went to college, and where I fell in love with hip hop. Fakeshoredrive and Ruby Hornet gave me the tunes, I listened, and learned. I listened to a new mixtape on the 50 minute train ride to Columbia, then the newest tracks on the 30 minute walk…

Cory Grindberg Steps Into The Spotlight On His Debut Instrumental EP ‘Uma’
There are hundreds of thousands of instrumental EP’s on SoundCloud. If you lived to be 200, you still wouldn’t have time to listen to them all, as new bodies of work are uploaded every day. For fans of the genre, I’ve always wondered – what makes you listen to one versus the other? It’s not…

New Jersey’s Deal The Villain Took Me Back To the 90’s With His New Album ‘Beards, Beats, and Kicks’
This past weekend I set a very strict goal for myself: I had to listen to at least 3 90’s hip hop albums a day. Thanks to rateyourmusic.com and Apple Music, I did just that. My vinyl collection is full of classics from that era, so I also decided to give The Low End Theory,…
