ICEBERG BLACK – Reincarnated Yet Jaded (New Track)
ICEBERG BLACK’s music sounds exactly like his name. It’s almost too perfect. I love his musical style, the artwork for his singles and albums, and his honestly petrifying (yet brilliant) videos. His newest track, Reincarnated Yet Jaded is him at his very best. I pray a visual comes out of this song at some point. I’d also…

Deniro Farrar – Impractical (Video)
If you haven’t heard of Deniro Farrar, shame on you. He’s released a ton of great projects in the last few years such as Rebirth, the collaborative EP with Blue Sky Black Death and The Patriarch (my personal favorite although he dropped an impressive follow up, The Patriarch II.) His most recent project, Mind of a Gemini (released…

Moses Mosima – Babies (New Project + Mini Review)
“I fucked up when I said I gave a fuck” When I heard this chorus on track 3 off of Moses Mosima’s incredible new project Babies I knew I was in for a treat. Moses must have been floating on a cloud while creating his debut, as he handled the lyrics, singing AND production. He has…

Revisiting A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s ‘Artist: The Mixtape’ (Top 5 Tracks To Check Out)
To say A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s debut mixtape Artist (free download here) was a commercial success would be an understatement. Tons of articles have been written about the brilliance of the tape, his “modernization of New York Hip Hop”, sudden buzz, his music that blurs the line between trap & r&b and much much more.…

Ug Vavy – Back To Ballin’ (New Track)
I’ve been fiending for some new music from UG Vavy for what feels like forever. His last two singles In My Bag + Gwap have done extremely well, but after the flawless track Bussin I just couldn’t wait for the next one. I wondered what direction he would go in, but I knew it would…

Talking with Säge The 64th Wonder on new single ‘Gold Dirty’ (Dissection Interview Series)
Chicago emcee Säge The 64th Wonder has peaked my interest since my early years of posting his music. Now he’s dropping the best music he’s ever created (in my humble opinion). The surprise Album on X-Mas is quite good and much appreciated. My favorite track on the album (and of the week) is Gold Dirty featuring…

White Gzus feat. Mano – All That (New Track)
Let me start this post off by first saying I am so glad this is a “long” song. These days it’s hard for me to sit through a song over 5 minutes, but the vibes on All That by White Gzus (made up of duo Blanco Caine and Gzus Piece) featuring Mano was so intoxicating, the time just…

Cadillac Cat – Yesterday (OTW) (New Track)
Sometimes we need that ignorant shit. Music that you can get hype to, to listen to after a long day. Give me production with huge bass and simple lyrics and I’m good. Yes, it’s a Tuesday night, but that doesn’t mean your energy has to drop. I’m happy to start my night off right with Yesterday…
