Weegi Wizers – Weegi Wednesdays
Chicago southsider Weegi Wizers has a lot in store this February. He’s starting a new series for the entire month of February called “Weegi Wednesdays.” He’ll be dropping new content every Wednesday. I’m a little late as he’s already dropped 3 tracks in this campaign. He’s clearly a old school hip hop fan, combining elegant beats with…

T.Y. The Great (feat. Jake Mela and Aaron Fonts) – Guap (New Track)
As soon as I heard the echoey bass on 19 year old southsider T.Y. The Great’s new song, I knew it would be fuego. He is relentless on Guap, along with his fellow FontsNation members Jake Mela and Aaron Fonts. They keep the energy for the entire 3 minutes of the track, which is all about making their…

Zach Smith – Blessed (New Track)
Damn, this track is crazy. Zach Smith has a hit on his hands, and based off of SoundCloud others seem to agree. This is a song that needs to be blasted out of some good speakers to get the full effect of Taz Taylor’s deafening beat. Although Blessed bumps, it truly is self reflective and shows…

AWillThaGreat – Do It Yourself (New EP)
We’ve been all over AWillThaGreat‘s music since the inception of flowsfordays. From our interview, to our premiere, and everything in between, we’ve believed in this Milwaukee native and his consistent output. Today we have his new newest EP, Do It Yourself. It’s a conceptual project that “deals with life from the eyes of a young, aspiring, independent…

UG Vavy – Run X4 (New Track)
At the tail end of last year we conducted a lengthy interview with Chicago’s own UG Vavy. It was such a fun experience, and I learned so much. You can check that out here. I’m happy to report that he just dropped the first single since our sit down in Run X4. This is my favorite…

Plaza – Over (New Track)
Once again, All The Best Media gave me the hookup. They sent me the newest song from Toronto r&b sensation Plaza and as usual did my job for me. Check out the write up to Over below: The track “Over” follows up to Plaza’s popular loose-single, “Personal,” which premiered on The Fader and “harnessed hushed,…

flowsfordays presents: P David – Artist Spotlight
P. David is the best emcee you don’t know yet. He is a well established indie artist with over 13K followers on IG, and SoundCloud. His Twitter page boasts over 1K. He gets likes and retweets by the dozens based off his incredible fan base and his talent as an artist. I respect what this…

flowsfordays Premiere: D2X + JT – Chi State Of Mind (New Track)
Chicago’s D2X and I had a lot of back and forth on when we were going to drop this. Equally busy – but equally excited and eager to premiere this track. It is no exaggeration that this will go down in history as one of the best remixes to NY State of Mind on SoundCloud. He…
