TOPE (feat. Cash Campaign) – The Man (New Track)
The new record from TOPE has an unfortunate backstory. At a show last month, the Portland native’s laptop was stolen, which contained his entire new album. The only surviving single was The Man. His past 3 releases were jazzy and smooth, but The Man is a departure from that sound. It’s a soulful anthem, with a…

Tye Motive$ (feat. Maajei Vu) – Bling Bloaw (New Track)
One of our first posts on flowsfordays was Tye Motive$ show stopping EP Diploma. It was actually the discovery of this project that sold me on the blogging game. I’ve discovered a lot of new music in the last 7 months – all based off submissions and exploration on SoundCloud. Since the EP and our coverage of…

Tayyib Ali – In The Sky (Video)
Philly’s finest Tayyib Ali has been working diligently on his upcoming LP, The Most High. He’s gotten major press for his work, with credits from Mac Miller, Lil Uzi Vert, Logic and many more. Dude gets around – but his music and grind match his success. A short while ago he released an excellent single, Waist…

Kris J – Blue Magic (New Track)
I love low BPM trap bangers. Kris J‘s new song Blue Magic is a perfect example of this done right. He takes us through his ‘audio hustle,’ an applicable description to his constant grind. Lyrically he is sound, delivering bars that you might miss. Grammy award winning producer Natural Disaster is on the boards, using progressive 808’s and…

Goody – Know How (Video)
Chicago’s Goody has been on my radar since his excellent single Know How dropped earlier this month. The response to the song was crazy – and to capitalize on the buzz he has dropped a video to accompany the 1stFrom92 + Keyz of Success produced track. Others have taken notice of the visual…Respect.com even premiered it. I’m…
