Trapo – Hero Shit Freestyle (Video)
I’ve always known Wisconsin artist Trapo to be more of a vocalist (just check out his album She below) so when I watched this video I was pleasantly surprised. Dude had complete control over the mic. DJ Booth, my favorite publication on the internet, made a great move reaching out to him to do this…

Con – Fadeaway (Video)
Virginia native Con has a new visual on his hands in the form of track Fadeaway. Legicity directed the mostly continuous motion video while YNAB produced it. It’s a raw and honest peak into the life of the artist. Con has really peaked my interest with his unique personality and style. He’s honest in confident in his…

We are back with another track dissection! We started off with Säge The 64th Wonder yesterday (read it here), and today we are talking to another Chicago artist named C$ (pronounced C Money.) His newest track, Reincarnated Yet Jaded is him at his very best. I pray a visual comes out of this song at some point. I’d also…

Moses Mosima – Babies (New Project + Mini Review)
“I fucked up when I said I gave a fuck” When I heard this chorus on track 3 off of Moses Mosima’s incredible new project Babies I knew I was in for a treat. Moses must have been floating on a cloud while creating his debut, as he handled the lyrics, singing AND production. He has…

Ug Vavy – Back To Ballin’ (New Track)
I’ve been fiending for some new music from UG Vavy for what feels like forever. His last two singles In My Bag + Gwap have done extremely well, but after the flawless track Bussin I just couldn’t wait for the next one. I wondered what direction he would go in, but I knew it would…

Talking with Säge The 64th Wonder on new single ‘Gold Dirty’ (Dissection Interview Series)
Chicago emcee Säge The 64th Wonder has peaked my interest since my early years of posting his music. Now he’s dropping the best music he’s ever created (in my humble opinion). The surprise Album on X-Mas is quite good and much appreciated. My favorite track on the album (and of the week) is Gold Dirty featuring…
