Last June, the legendary Illect Recordings signed Toronto based emcee/producer Rel McCoy. He started off with a bang, dropping singles and my personal favorite (which I wrote about), Call Of The Times. Just two months later he delivered an incredible full length that piqued the interest of hip hop heads around the globe.
