Chizlonies The Lord continues to push forward and build buzz for his upcoming EP Songs For Women. Last week we received the first single titled Bae; a declaration of love and lust. The track was a jam, but honesty and powerful emotions were at the forefront. His 2nd single, Believe You, shows his ability to make love-fused records of all shapes and sizes. His newest track and our latest premiere is an uptempo record about doubt; and while that may sound impossible to pull off, Chizlonies does with flair. He combines a double time flow with smooth as butter vocals to speak of jealousy that can occur with love that is real or fake.

Chizlonies uses precise bars with a playful attitude to document his girl’s shady behavior and his growing worries. The genius in Believe You is Chizlonies’ songwriting abilities – structuring the song to satisfy both hip hop and R&B fans. The production is just right for the beginning of summer, and although the topic at hand may be somber, Chizlonies brings a positive vibe to whatever outcome may be in his relationship.
