FFD favorite Skipp Whitman has never steered me wrong. His music video campaign has brought excitement, entertainment, impressive rhymes and loyal fans for months now. As I’ve stated before, his dedication to the craft is astounding, and each visual is of the utmost quality. He never fails to bring his always eccentric, playful, and captivating personality behind the lens, lending to mini-movies with strong themes.
Skipp has done it again with his newest visual TIME, shot in MacArthur Park and Griffith Park in LA on the same day of his previous video Slow Down. Pat Anthony and Jonny Forance join forces once again shooting and directing a Safari getaway with moments of everyday life in the area. The airtime is only a minute and a half, but Skipp packs more than enough humorous metaphors, confident statements and potent bars. It makes sense that his flow is so on point as Skipp produced the record too. TIME is from his upcoming UFSV#1 project due in January, and I consider it a blessing to get a full length from the ever-growing talent.
