Wow, I wasn’t expecting this. Shortly after I posted Yung Ja$per’s recent drop Guns N Lean, he hit me with the private link to his debut EP UnoThrash. I knew he was special, (i.e. why we hosted an interview with him) but after listening I knew others would finally catch up. The 6 track EP is grimy hip hop at it’s finest.

He’s been making gritty, confident and catchy music since his beginnings, but UnoThrash takes this formula to another level. It never grows stale, and has lots of replay value. It’s never fair to ask an artist for more music after putting out one project, so I’ll keep my mouth shut.
