Los Angeles is Hip-Hop’s second home, & arguably it’s favorite — okay, that’s Atlanta. Since the genre picked up and traveled from the parks of New York City, to the hoods of L.A., So Cal has produced some of Rap’s most revered characters. Hailing from the City of Angels himself, native Drino, drops off his potent new visuals for, “Cupper (Remix).”
Shot in downtown Las Vegas at a rundown graffiti lodge, “Cupper” is a fast paced, energetic track that showcases Drino’s witty wordplay and fiery cadences. Enlisting friend, Jinzo Taka, who delivers a solid guest verse, Drink takes all his aggression out on the production, which perfectly compliments him with its head-ringing bass-kicks and chilling synths.
Overall, “Cupper (Remix)” is a video worth watching. With a great year behind him & a not-too-distant fruitful 2019 in his sights, Drino could be blowing up sooner than later.
