Chicago’s Farook Marshall is new to my ears but has impressed me with his new track No Feelings. He details his relationship with a girl that started sweet but turned sour fast. Due to the detriment of the breakup, he’s lost touch with himself and the things he loves. Farook trusts no one and numbs himself by feeling no feelings. The story is more common that you think, as love can fuck you up and bleed years after the end. Farook simultaneously dropped a track titled Chicago, but No Feelings stands as my favorite.
