I’ve become a huge fan of vocalist Ziyaad Luceō, as he’s impressed me from his first submission back in February. We subsequently turned it into a Dissection Interview which you can peep here (although the song has since been taken down.) His fan base was strong then, but it has grown rapidly & organically. Following his noteworthy single Good Evening Melodies, Ziyaad has dropped Madonna’s Interlude off his upcoming debut EP Late Night Calls. It’s a 2 minute hypnotic record incorporating his very distinct vocals with a sample of Drake’s Madonna. Although the haunting piano heavy instrumental by Australian’s Nehzuil is soothing, Ziyaad expresses sorrow with an abstract narrative, revealing his raw emotions. He is one of a kind, and I am highly anticipating Good Evening Melodies.
Late Night Calls will hit the web November 14th, so while we eagerly await press play on Madonna above.
