Philly is on the up and up in regards to hip hop and helping the movement is a new group called The Village. KDizzy  + Maye$ make up the duo and Perfect Timing is their way of introducing their union. It’s a great start as both play off one another in describing the struggles they are facing now that they are taking music seriously.
