From time to time flowsfordays will be scouring the internet for upcoming concerts that you just can’t miss. This way, instead of finding concert footage on YouTube and Twitter and realizing you missed a show from one of your favorite artists, you can be in the know ahead of time. We will mostly be focusing on Chicago (as it is my hometown) but will occasionally look at other states.

Freewave Live: presented by 1833.fm

Lincoln Hall is hosting a dope concert on August 26th dubbed Freewave Live. The concert will have sets from Lucki, (who is dropping FreeWave 2 tomorrow) hot emcee Warhol.SS and Icytwat. 1833.fm is hosting and it is open to all ages. You can purchase tickets for $15 (with tax) here.

In The Loop + North Coast Music Festival Present: Joey Purp, Saba and Ravyn Lenae

What a line up! Joey Purp, Saba and Ravyn Lenae (who just dropped an excellent project) will be on the bill at Bottom Lounge on September 3rd. It is an 18+ event and doors open at 9pm. You can purchase tickets here for $21. (with tax)

Rich Forever Tour: Rich The Kid + Famous Dex

I’ll most likely be attending this one as I am a huge fan of Rich the Kid and Famous Dex. They have been all over the country on their Rich Forever Tour, and this one will definitely by lit as Dex will be in his hometown. Local legend Supa Bwe will also be performing; another added bonus.
